As a Senior Marketing Manager bringing Fnatic’s product offering and collaborations to life, you'll play an important role in enabling Fnatic’s most engaged fans to make their fandom tangible.

You'll be able to leverage Fnatic's collective Marketing muscle across our creative studio, Creators, Content and more to build award-winning marketing activations, and you'll develop and refine a strong view of customer that enables us to personalise activity and achieve even better results with every campaign.

With a great understanding of youth culture, you'll oversee campaigns that can speak authentically to the billions of gamers globally and directly drive sales of thousands of Fnatic products every week.

Your mission is to:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Fnatic’s owned and partner physical and digital products, both go-to-market and always-on
    • Oversee end-to end product/feature launches (including app), coordinating inputs from product development, Sales, Partnerships and Content & Social
    • Lead the ideation, planning and execution of campaigns that integrate Fnatic and partner products seamlessly, ensuring alignment with Fnatic and partner objectives
    • Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with key collaboration opportunities
    • Work closely with Marketing colleagues on campaign execution, ensuring campaigns consider other Fnatic brand activity holistically and are timed for optimal impact
    • Keep up to date with industry insights across product and brand to ensure Fnatic is innovative and market leading in their marketing approach
    • Establish KPI’s and regularly analyse performance of marketing efforts, including owning campaign ROI reporting and spend effectiveness
    • Work closely with Marketplace colleagues on product landing pages, promotional activity and general shop look and feel; as well as reviewing ecommerce performance
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align product marketing efforts with overall business objectives
    • Work closely with Customer Support colleagues to understand end-user product experience and consider how this can be utilised in future campaigns
    • Foster community engagement and reaction, maintaining on-brand responses
    • Help devise and execute CRM/product marketing initiatives
    • Support Business Development on ideation for potential concepts for product driven partners
    • Own ad-hoc marketing projects as directed by your manager

We're looking for:

    • Track-record of memorable marketing activations for a consumer brand
    • Understanding of youth culture and trends in media consumption
    • Strong understanding of monetisation in digital properties, and the relevant metrics to monitor
    • Solid marketing fundamentals, and experience working with marketing/creative teams to deliver feature-led campaigns
    • A sense of urgency coupled with excellent organisation and time management
    • Problem solving capability and ability to proactively identify potential blockers
    • An innovative mindset but one that is always driven by data and insights
    • Resourceful mindset and ability to do a lot with a little when necessary
    • Knowledge of marketing best-practice and regulations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable
