    • Work closely with marketing colleagues on campaign execution, storytelling and audience targeting to deliver optimal impact
    • Support delivery of activations, ensuring marketing plans are followed to maximise campaign engagement
    • Drive growth of our partner relationships by proposing upsell ideas/opportunities outside of existing contractual deliverables
    • Regularly communicate progress to the Partner Success team on key tasks, mission critical updates, as well as potential obstacles you might be encountering
    • Conduct brand and market research, and seek to understand fan sentiment and trends
    • Be data led, leading on campaign performance monitoring and post-analysis, and ensure learnings are reflected in future planning
    • Support B2B event planning and execution as required, and represent the Fnatic brand in person
    • Utilise your knowledge of Fnatic and the industry to contribute to new business pitch ideation sessions
    • Accurately forecast marketing costs, owning campaign ROI reporting and spend management
    • Lead ad-hoc marketing projects as defined by your manager

We're looking for:

    • Track record of memorable marketing activations for a youth-focused brand
    • Knack for understanding motivations of partner brands and supporting intuition with data that resonates
    • An innovative and creative mindset, with a healthy respect for data and insights
    • Comfort in things moving fast, and making things happen
    • Experience in executing marketing activity in multiple international markets
    • Knowledge of marketing best-practice and regulations
    • Understanding of youth culture and trends in media consumption
    • Resourceful mindset and ability to do a lot with a little when necessary

    • Eyecare vouchers
    • Cycle to work scheme
    • Self-development book requests for the Fnatic Library
    • Fnatic shop staff discount
    • Fruit, drinks and snacks available daily in the office
