As Workplace Manager at Fnatic, you’ll be an integral part of the People & Culture function at Fnatic, shaping our work environments for engagement and performance, and helping drive a fun, welcoming and inclusive culture.

Alongside the efficient day-to-day management of Fnatic offices, you’ll develop an internal events programme (including learning and development, engagement and wellness initiatives) and coordinate other key company-wide communications such as our weekly staff newsletter and company All Hands. You’ll help us become recognised as an employer of choice, taking opportunities to capture life at Fnatic for sharing externally to enhance our employer brand. You'll also support new ways of working in a post-Covid environment, helping shape inclusive work experiences for those on and offsite.

The ideal candidate for this role has a positive mindset and solutions focus, is meticulous about detail and understands the part their energy plays in shaping a compelling company culture!

Your mission is to:

    • Drive operational excellence in the day to day running of Fnatic offices, ensuring Fnatic is a great place to work and visit
    • Support project management of the HQ office fit-out and other facilities projects as they arise, liaising with suppliers and ensuring plans are executed on time and to budget
    • Own the office budget, and conduct regular supplier reviews to optimise cost and quality
    • Develop an internal events programme to enhance company culture, and facilitate their successful execution
    • Manage visitor and workspace availability processes, ensuring our environment reflects our culture and is functional
    • Oversee other Fnatic properties globally, helping facilitate repairs/maintenance to landlord communication as required
    • Act as the primary owner of Health & Safety for Fnatic offices, leading on risk assessments and other necessary compliance
    • Support internal communication processes such as our internal newsletter and weekly all-hands, and look for further ways to share updates and celebrate successes
    • Review and maintain workplace policies and ensure processes are fit for purpose
    • Manage relationships with external parties using Fnatic spaces
    • Mentor and manage the Workplace Coordinator in Berlin, and designated support staff in other global offices to create alignment between HQ and local processes
    • Maintain office supplies and consumables
    • Coordinate cleaning, security and other support services
    • Conduct research as required for new suppliers, initiatives and events
    • Contribute content to employer brand channels and promote life at Fnatic externally
    • With the People Partnering team, continually look to evolve Fnatic’s benefits/perks offering
    • Support onboarding processes, looking after provision of IT equipment to staff and maintaining our asset register
    • Look to optimise administrative systems and minimise manual tasks through automation
    • Support management of staff travel bookings and general People administration tasks when required
    • Lead ad-hoc projects as defined by your manager

We're looking for:

    • Proven experience managing a vibrant office environment, ideally with in a high-growth, media/tech setting
    • Infectious enthusiasm, positivity and ability to rally people together
    • Incredible organisation, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
    • Solid knowledge of workplace compliance standards and policies
    • Project management experience, as well as comfort managing budgets and other financial administration
    • Someone smart and resourceful, with a 'can-do' and calm approach to problem solving
    • A high level of attention to detail with impeccable presentation standards
    • Proactivity and desire for continual improvements
    • Tech savviness, being familiar with Google and Microsoft suites and internal collaboration tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional languages desirable)
