As a Creator Talent Manager, you'll have a key part to play in finding the next generation of talent who embody the journey to getting better as a gamer, and can support taking the narrative of performance to a nation of 1 billion Fnatics.

Your mission is to:

    • Develop bespoke strategies for individual creators that balance building their clout and leveraging their audiences for Fnatic's commercial objectives
    • Assist in building our commercial proposition and storylines around our professional teams and players (with emphasis on our highest profile talent)
    • Work closely with Fnatic's Marketing teams to secure apparel and gear allocations for creators that supports Fnatic's commercial objectives; and generate content around this
    • Collaborate with Fnatic's creative studio to support management of, and content creation for, creators owned channels as well as Fnatic channels
    • Work with the Partner Success team to generate opportunities for brand partners and one-off campaigns with individual creators
    • Maximise opportunities within our events and competitive gaming calendar to showcase talent and secure content opportunities, as well as represent Fnatic at relevant industry events
    • Ensure creators reflect Fnatic values, mission and purpose and adhere to our code of conduct
    • Report on performance across creator channels, and suggest actions based on these insights
    • Build deep understanding of social and community platforms and how creators interact with their audience
    • Develop ongoing understanding of principles related to safeguarding and advertising regulations, and how they impact relationships with creators

We're looking for:

    • Comfort and experience working with creator talent, and ability to understand their individual goals and motivations
    • Track record of growing the audience reach and profile of creator talent
    • Ability to present data and insights informing recommendations for new talent, titles and regions
    • Ability to network and build relationships with ease
    • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, branding and content creation, demonstrated through previous successful end-to-end campaign management
    • Strong intuition, finger on the pulse and ability to spot opportunities
    • A passion for entertainment, new media and knowledge of the platforms where audiences live
    • Strong internal/external stakeholder management skills
    • Thorough organisational skills, quality focus and sharp attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable
