This is a newly created and exciting position on a growing Human Resources team! The HR Analyst will be key in supporting the Focus Financial Partners HR team by gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to improve HR processes and the overall business strategy.  
 
This role is based in New York, NY. 
 
Primary Responsibilities
·       Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including payroll systems, surveys, and exit interviews.
·       Identify trends and patterns in HR data related to recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee performance.
·       Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track HR KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
·       Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
·       Conduct research on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
·       Stay up-to-date on relevant HR regulations and ensure compliance.
·       Support the recruiting team with data-driven insights for hiring decisions.
·       Prepare presentations and communicate complex HR data and findings to leadership and stakeholders.
·       May participate in some HR generalist tasks, such as onboarding new hires or maintaining employee records
 
Qualifications
·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
·       Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·       Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·       Working knowledge of HR principles and practices. 

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $70,000-$80,000.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other reward may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
