About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will support our sales team by generating new business opportunities by following proven processes in order to turn prospects into clients. You will grow Fohr’s outbound sales prospecting in the form of cold calls, emails or social networks, as well as manage our inbound prospects who have shown interest in Fohr via trial signups on our website.

What You’ll Do

Identify Leads
Promptly respond to, engage and qualify inbound leads 
Create target prospects lists. Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting brief solutions to begin sales cycle
Engage with network to educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop influencer marketing intelligence

Nurturing Leads
Manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving activity goals
Execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack and process, including email and call scripts
Follow-up on opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided
Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage, educating sales person as necessary about the opportunity

Report on Sales Activities
Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in SalesForce
Work closely with sales team, and marketing and finance teams where requested to develop intelligence, relationship maps/cadence and report on lead engagement, conversions and insights

Team Collaboration and Accountability
Effectively partner with and work across the sales team
Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of the team

Education
Act as the subject matter expert on influencer marketing and its role within advertising
Quickly learn the Fohr product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions

An effective SDR requires you to:
Be an expert on Influencer Marketing and how Fohr solves for that.
Be an expert in prospecting. Live, breathe best practices.

Experience and Qualifications
Entry level to 2-3 years of sales or professional experience
A commanding desire to learn, succeed and grow in tech sales
Tenacious attitude and ability to self-motivate and drive toward success
Not required, but an added bonus if you have:
Influencer marketing knowledge and/or experience
Salesforce experience
