We are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Influencer Strategist to join our ranks because we need more of the best, bravest and brightest to make that happen.

The Opportunity:
Fohr is growing its Strategy department and we’re on the search for a Sr. Strategist to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, this person will have the chance to work across new business and other internal initiatives. They’ll also get to work with our existing roster of clients including, but not limited to, Sephora, Dyson, Best Buy, Tory Burch, Nuuly SheaMoisture, Kohl’s, and OLLY Nutrition. They’ll be encouraged to take their passion for influencer marketing and help shape what strategy looks like not only for our clients but for the future of the industry.

What’s The Job: 
- Assist, and at times lead, the build of compelling strategic proposals
- Research and analyze data to determine the right insights for a given strategy
- Develop a range of POVs, landscape analyses, and thought-leadership materials
- Influencer archetype development
- Sample influencer identification and rationale
- Observe consumer-and-landscape shifts that could impact the influencer landscape
- Be a trusted partner who engages in cross-departmental work to understand business objectives, goals, and challenges to inform recommendations
- Do regular deep thinking to know the ins-and-outs of apps that are both mainstream (ie: TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and emerging (ie: Geneva, SideChat, etc.) to conceive potential implications for influencers and clients alike

Who We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in the social media and/or brand marketing industries
- A storyteller who strives to find simplicity without losing impact
- Familiarity with working across an array of different projects
- Someone who enjoys presenting their vision(s) to both internal stakeholders and clients 
- Highly collaborative but also comfortable working autonomously
- Innately curious, has a love of consumer psychology, and possesses problem solving skills
- Creative but equally focused on understanding data and performance metrics
- You’re interested in making a bigger impact on the work
- Knows when to elevate a problem but always tries to come to the table with a solution

Bonus Points:
- Existing experience working directly with influencer marketing strategy
- Perhaps you have a following yourself and have direct experience with the ins and outs of keeping an audience engaged and entertained
