Te Tūranga – About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and stores, providing empathetic, timely, and effective support. You’ll work across phone, email, and chat to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless experience.
Enjoy the flexibility of working from your own space. While this role is fully remote, you may occasionally be asked to pop into our Palmerston North office for training or team catch-ups.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Diagnosing and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve concerns
- Meeting KPIs and contributing to a positive team culture

- Proven experience in a contact centre, sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

- Tech-savviness with CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- A team player who’s flexible and eager to learn
