Operations Compliance & Improvement Manager
Be part of our Landing Drive Distribution team as the Operations Compliance & Improvement Manager. This is a newly created opportunity where you’ll be a leader supporting leaders driving continuous improvement across operations, compliance, and culture.

As the Operations Compliance & Improvement Manager, you’ll:
·       You’ll be a leader supporting leaders and the teams encouraging them to work as one and be the best they can be, building on and encouraging a high level of engagement and driving a People First Culture.
·       Lead, train, and improve our shifts effectively alongside the Operations leaders.
·       Make sure our shifts are properly resourced and efficient by forward planning and regular continuous improvement.
·       Maintain budgets by challenging the status quo and identifying innovative ways to optimise resources.
·       Deliver standards across all Key Result Areas through direct leadership, team leader training, and close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
·       Regularly review performance and maintain operational excellence in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, you will value your team's input and provide them with a voice, actively addressing their concerns and issues.
·       40 Hours: Monday – Friday between 0800 to 1800 and availability to work across other shifts or weekend to support leaders with notice.

What skills and experience you need:
·       Proven leadership within a complex supply chain network.
·       Strong people leadership at an operations level or equivalent.
·       Relationship building and strategic decision-making skills.
·       Ability to think on your feet and be responsive in a fast-paced environment.
·       Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
·       Be a trusted contributor to the LDDC Leadership team and influence decision-making for the best business outcomes.
·       Leverage your vast industry knowledge while continuing to develop expertise within the Foodstuffs network and our operations.
