About the role

Reporting to the Training Lead you’ll be able to understand and deliver training and support in line with the deployment schedule of our new Gilmours Warehouse Management Solution (SAP EWM).
Our key objective is to provide stores with the knowledge to understand what they need to perform their role, grow professionally, helping them to be successful whilst supporting the business goals.

These are some of the things you will be doing:

·       Understanding and delivering our Warehouse Management Solution training and support to stores based on agreed deployment schedules.
·       Ensuring training and testing materials are correct and up to date where required.
·       Capturing and collating any questions or feedback during training to the Training Lead and Deployment team.
·       Supporting and delivering Store Champion briefing sessions and delivering the Training plan.
·       Providing completion reports to the Training Lead regarding course completions throughout the deployment cycle.
·       Delivering in store or remote training where required as indicated by Training Lead and being responsible for training related preparation setup, e.g. room set-up
·       Supporting with collating information regarding store adherence to the pre-deployment checklist
·       Supporting the Training Lead in coordination and planning of any training related travel.
·       Supporting the project reporting and improvement requirements including deck creation, cadence and setting expectations with wider project team for various reports.
·       Supporting Project governance processes including input to the project Risk register.

About You:

You’ll be enthusiastic and passionate about doing your job, constantly curious and always seeking to improve your knowledge, along with having an exceptional ability to relay information in an uncomplicated and easily followed way.  You will also have excellent communication, presentation skills, along with sound relationship building skills as there are multiple touch points across the business.

To be successful in this role you will also have:

·       Curiosity to understand cause and effect and system inter-relationships.
·       A basic understanding of retail, wholesale, supply chain, SAP and warehouse management.
·       A basic understanding of testing principles, regression, and user acceptance testing.
·       Customer experience, a one Team focus and a sense of humour.

Along with our Stores, we’re in it together as a team to provide New Zealanders what matters most to them in their world. To do this sometimes takes a little extra and in this case means we’ll occasionally travel and work outside of business hours to deliver the training and support stores need, to make us all successful.
