We have an exciting opportunity opening up in the DC Replenishment team, where we want the successful candidate to achieve just that! The DC Replenishment Junior Buyer role is based at the Landing Drive support office in Mangere, Auckland. This is a Fixed Term contract ending December 27th, 2024.

·       Managing a buying portfolio

·       Forecasting and planning stock requirements with your suppliers

·       Purchasing stock through SAP F&R

·       Problem solving with out of stocks

·       Supporting our DCs to achieve excellent store service

·       Collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve optimal DC stock holdings

·       Supporting the various and exciting initiatives in the DC Replenishment Team

·       Contributing to a fun and vibrant team spirit

As a Junior Buyer in the Replenishment Team you play a key role in the forecasting, planning, sourcing and inbounding of stock into our DC network. This is a challenging and varied role requiring a high level of accuracy and technical abilities, coupled with enthusiasm and dynamic energy. You will love to achieve your goals and see your team celebrating success!

·       Tertiary degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred), Business Administration, Finance

·       An understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and KPI

·       A high learning ability with the technical aspects of supply chain/DC buying

·       High potential in stakeholder relationship building and communication

·       A friendly, motivated and self-starting personality, committed to live our Foodies Values

·       Quick learning ability with a variety of ERP systems, SAP

·       Proficient skill level in MS Office application, advanced abilities in excel
