We have a newly created role where for a hands on Data Entry Administrator to join the team.

 

·       Proactively identify products in store and enable accurate data across Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI).

·       Support the development and maintenance of simple and effective people and data metrics.

·       Ensure accurate product volumetrics data across all FSNI stores.

·       Travel to the relevant stores (1 store at a time) to scan and measure products in stores.

·       Liaise with the master data team to update the data into the system.

·       Support the eCommerce, and retail team in initiating changes to improve the product volumetrics process.

·       Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

·       Working hours: 12pm – 8pm working in a store.

 

·       Proven experience in data entry and administration roles.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Detail-oriented with commitment to data accuracy.

·       Ability to travel to stores and lift (up to 20kg) and locate items.

·       Proficiency in relevant software and data management tools.
