Our Foodstuffs Merchandise team works with supplier partners and store teams on category ranging, buying, pricing and promotions so we can get the right products on the right shelves at the right time for our customers.
Te Tūranga – About the role
In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure our pricing systems are accurate, compliant, and customer-friendly. You’ll be a key player in resolving price integrity issues, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement across our pricing operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- -Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve pricing issues and build credibility across the business.
- Develop and manage operational price integrity controls and reporting.
- Own and maintain all price integrity documentation to ensure compliance.
- Deliver insightful analysis of pricing data, systems and processes.
- Partner with Data & Analytics to optimise data solutions and reconciliation.
- Support training, policy reviews, and system performance monitoring.
- Act as an L1 assurance reviewer for pricing compliance.
- Use tools like Power BI, SAP, Promo Portal, and NATPIM Hybris to investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Support large-scale projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You’re a seasoned analyst with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for data integrity. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
You’ll bring:
- Several years senior experience in a similar role (pricing, commercial, financial analysis).
- Strong business acumenand adaptability, ideally with FMCG experience.
- Expertise in process modelling and identifying improvement opportunities.
- A continuous improvement mindset with automation experience.
- Advanced data analytics skills – SAP, Power BI, SQL, VBA, and Macros are a bonus.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- A proactive, curious nature and a drive to learn and grow.
