About the role
Leading a team and acting as a trusted partner, you’ll collaborate with various cross-functional teams, optimise processes, and leverage technology to unlock potential within the eCommerce space.  You’ll also be responsible for providing training and coaching to store teams to drive the continuous improvement of our fulfilment process with a focus on best practice using Order Management, picking systems, ranging and compliance. 
 
Key tasks include:
·       Identifying business opportunities, developing partnerships, and implementing strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement.
·       Regularly visit store sites to ensure best practise is being implemented, identify all operational and customer experience opportunities for improvement, as well as growing the capability of the Ecommerce store teams.
·       Establish and train roll outs of any process changes/business direction or improvement of Ecommerce and support/provide feedback on any proof of concepts or pilots.
·       Maintaining a set call cycle of your territory of stores and input all key data about each store. 
·       Play a key role in identifying, understanding & translating online data into meaningful actions, ensuring you drive continued best practice and online growth. 
 
About you
With proven experience in a similar type role in the eCommerce space, you’ll come with a background in continuous improvement, agile and lean principles and be proficient in data analysis tools with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders in the business.  As a strategic thinker with excellent planning, time management and communication skills, you’ll easily collaborate with cross functional teams and build robust relationships. 
 
You’ll also be able to:
·       Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations in the eCommerce industry.
·       Develop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales, increase customer acquisition and improve customer retention.
·       Interpret and understand “metrics that matter” to drive improved operational performance of the Ecom channel.  
·       Clearly articulate data/ideas/concepts and effectively present to others.
