Are you passionate about helping teams thrive and deliver real impact? As a Scrum Master in our Customer Products team, you’ll be right at the heart of a future-focused, fast-paced digital environment. You’ll play a key role in enabling high-performing squads to deliver better, faster, and with purpose — supporting outcomes that make a real difference to the lives of our customers across Foodstuffs North Island.

This isn’t just about running ceremonies — it’s about unlocking potential. You’ll work alongside talented Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and Engineers to shape team dynamics, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement. If you're someone who loves coaching others, gets a buzz from delivering at pace, and thrives on collaboration — this is your chance to make your mark.

In this role, you will:
-       Empower squads to deliver high-value outcomes through strong rhythm, focus, and flow
-       Facilitate meaningful agile ceremonies that drive clarity, collaboration, and progress
-       Remove delivery roadblocks and use data-driven insights to optimise performance
-       Foster a culture of self-organisation, trust, and continuous learning
-       Be a driving force in shaping agile ways of working across the wider delivery ecosystem

You’re a natural facilitator, coach, and doer — someone who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring out the best in teams. As a delivery-minded Scrum Master, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, lead with empathy, and adapt your style to suit the needs of the moment. Whether it’s unblocking a delivery issue, guiding a squad through change, or helping the team stay laser-focused on value, you know how to strike the balance between structure and flexibility.

You’ve got a passion for agile ways of working and a flair for connecting people, ideas, and outcomes. Curious, collaborative, and full of initiative, you're always looking for opportunities to improve how teams deliver — and how they grow along the way.

You’ll bring:
-       Solid experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
-       Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks (SAFe experience is a plus!)
-       Exceptional collaboration, coaching, and communication skills
-       A delivery-first mindset with the ability to plan, adapt, and make things happen
-       Confidence using tools like Jira and Confluence, and ideally a working knowledge of flow metrics and SAFe qualifications (SPC is a bonus!)
