Our eCommerce team work with stores to manage all aspects of online shopping, from the website to order fulfilment, including both pickup and delivery services. The team collaborate with stores to grow their eCommerce business and increase market share, plus, provide an exceptional customer experience through team training and support.
 
Te Tūranga – About the role
As a vital member of the eCommerce Operations Development team, you’ll support operational projects that bring our online customer experience to life across our store network. Collaborating with stakeholders in property, operations, and finance, you’ll manage project timelines, budgets, and workflows with clarity and efficiency. You’ll also maintain documentation, track financials, and develop reporting tools to inform strategic decisions.
 
You’ll also:
·       Manage day-to-day coordination across multiple fast-moving eCommerce projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
·       Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, financial trackers, and reporting templates to provide visibility on progress, risks, and budget alignment.
·       Support business case preparation with strong attention to financial feasibility and risk assessment.
·       Undertake data analysis to inform decision-making and highlight operational improvement opportunities.
·       Proactively identify inefficiencies and champion workflow automations to reduce manual effort and increase team productivity.
 
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s ready to apply their financial, analytical or coordination skills in a fast-moving eCommerce environment with real ownership, visibility, and growth potential.

To nail this role, you’ll have experience working as a Project, Finance, ICT or PMO Coordinator – or in a similar role with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude. You’re confident taking ownership and eager to learn, always ensuring your work is polished, accurate, and stakeholder ready.
 
You’ll also have:
·       Strong technical capability with excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), and SharePoint
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to research, gather information, and present it clearly and meaningfully
·       High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when managing routine or data-driven tasks
·       Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and stakeholders
·       Ability to work efficiently within tight timeframes while maintaining quality business outputs
