About the role
As the T&A and Rostering Trainer, you’ll bring alive workforce management through your ability to understand and deliver training and support in line with the deployment schedule of our new Workforce Management Tool.
 
To achieve this, you’ll:
·       Ensure materials are correct and up to date.
·       Support the Project Status Reporting and Action follow ups including deck creation, cadence and setting input expectations and discipline with wider project team for various reports
·       Deliver Store Champion briefing sessions
·       Provide completion reports to the Training Lead and the Project Manager regarding course completions throughout the deployment cycle 
·       Delivers remote hyper care support the week of and following go live
 
This is a fixed term role until the end of October 2024.
 
About you
You’ll be an experienced trainer who is self-motivated, organised, and effectively able to prioritise workload. Sometimes this might include being flexible in your schedule to support the needs of the business.
 
Ideally you’ll also have:
·       Ability to relay information in uncomplicated and easily followed way.
·       Great communication and presentation skills
·       Curiosity to understand cause and effect and system inter-relationships.
·       Basic understanding of payroll and HR

You will also need to hold a full drivers licence.
