Construction Project Coordinator
We have an opportunity within the Property team as a Construction Project Coordinator. You’ll be working in a future-focused Property team responsible for coordinating the project activities of the team.
What you’re responsible for
· Assist with assigned projects from the Property portfolio to help with their delivery within the agreed time frames and budgets.
· Be the interface between the Owner Operator of a new or trading store and the FSNI, Property Team and external construction consultant team.
· Facilitating the delivery of clear and accurate documentation.
· Participate in all project phases from Design, Consent, Tender, Construction to Final Completion
· Be across all aspects of the project including meeting minutes, programmes, drawings, budgets, cost variations and understanding the financial reports.
What skills and experience you need
· Excellent planning and communication skills – both written and verbal
· Have great ability to collaborate with others across Foodstuffs and beyond.
· Experience dealing with construction projects.
· You’ll be able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts and effectively present these to others where required.
· You’ll have a can-do attitude, be capable of delivering high volumes of quality work within tight deadlines.
