Your portfolio - 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave
You will support two of our distribution centres
· Our Fresh DC – think fresh fruit and vege’s
· Our Controlled Temperature DC – think ice cream and frozen goods.
You’ll work end to end, from attraction, pre-employment testing and partnering with hiring managers through to contract management.
You’ll need a mix of volume recruitment experience and a collaborative approach to
· Work at pace to find candidates whilst providing awesome quality of work
· Creativity identify and attract talent
· Manage large volumes of roles and candidates with attention to detail
· Coach & influence your Hiring Managers to make awesome hiring decisions.
