JOB SUMMARY: The Associate, Loan Servicing is responsible for acting as the primary servicer within Loan Operations to maintain a diverse portfolio of community commercial loans from closing to payoff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
-Serve as the Documentation Custodian 
-Manage the Imaging and Imaging Review system and process 
-Onboard loans into IBS and Portal Servicing Systems 
-Interact with internal departments to forward loan documents and information 
-Answer phones, screen, and direct calls to appropriate personnel 
-Process daily loan payments and transactions 
-Assist with GL balancing and research 
-Perform system maintenance as needed 
-Manage outgoing correspondence 
-Perform other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS:  
-High School Diploma or GED required 
-1-2 years of Loan Administration, Operations, and/or Servicing experience preferred 
-Must be fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
-Must possess strong organizational skills and can prioritize responsibilities 
-Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills 
-Strong interpersonal skills and effective internal customer contact is required 
-Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
-Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel in a mature, professional manner 
-Outstanding problem-solving, and time management skills 
-Strong sense of teamwork, including willingness to help when there is a need 
The pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $60,000 (entry level qualifications) to $65,000 (highly experienced).
