The Role:
The Store guide role is to engage, educate, and find solutions to our customers needs. Guides show the way through the Forme experience by actively listening, answering questions, and encouraging customers to interact with our products 

The ideal candidate for this role has a sales and customer service background and is witty, intelligent, personal, and conversational.

Responsibilties:

    • Focus on achieving and exceeding location sales goals and objectives as outlined by the store manager
    • Bring a charismatic, engaging, and professional and demeanor to every shift and in especially when interacting with customers
    • Grow and maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of Forme's products and content
    • Communicate via phone/email/text (through Forme’s CRM system) to outreach to both established and developing customers to communicate updates, events, and follow-up
    • Work collaboratively with fellow guides, sharing best practices and cultivating a team spirit
    • Help to maintain cleanliness and brand standards of the store/gallery

Experience:

    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Must be able to work flexible/non-traditional hours including weekends and some holidays
    • Proficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, etc), Apple Products, Google Drive and CRM knowledge
    • Entrepreneurial spirit; desire to exceed sales goals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ambitious, hardworking and team oriented
    • Personal passion for fitness and a knowledge of the competitive landscape
    • Regularly required to stand, use hands, reach, squat, and carry up to 25 pounds. This job is not a fit for someone used to sitting for long period of times
