We are looking for a Design Operation Analyst to Support the design operations function within the Design Foundry. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the design processes, tools, and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the Foundry. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving the way the things are made. 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Process Analysis: Analyze existing design processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    • Tool Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate design tools and software used by the team, and recommend new tools or enhancements to existing tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
    • Data Collection and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to track the performance of design operations, and generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. 
    • Allocation Distribution: Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to track the current, future, and possible allocation of all the team members. 
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design teams, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and develop solutions that support their goals and objectives.
    •  Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to educate design teams on best practices, processes, and tools, and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the design organization, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization, and leading initiatives to implement changes. 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in design, business, engineering, or a related field. 
    • 3+ years of experience in similar role, preferably within a design or technology-driven organization. 
    • English level (B2+)
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
    •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency with design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
    •  Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
