Job Summary
For Our Future Pennsylvania seeks a seeks motivated, outgoing, full-time Field Operations Assistant to facilitate day-to-day field operations. They will be responsible for logistical, canvassing and compliance support. 

This position runs through August 31, 2022.

Essential Functions

    • Work with field teams with calls to support quality control for programsCompleting daily Quality Control report
    •  Work with Human Resources to assist with canvassing onboarding.
    • Assist with in-state quality control measures.
    • Update internal operations procedures document as needed.
    • Store, file and retrieve documents and reports as needed, and when requested.
    • Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

    • Experience using Google Suite and VAN
    • Good organizational skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Experience scheduling

Expected Hours of Work

    • Employees may be required to work outside of normal business hours including weekends, holidays, and nights.
    • Employees may be required to abide by certain blackout dates during a campaign cycle, and generally not allowed to take more than 2 days off consecutively during blackout periods. Emergencies will not be affected by this policy.
Work Environment
Employees will be required to work and interact, in an office environment or otherwise, with coworkers, volunteers, voters, or community partners on a regular basis. If state and government stay-at-home orders, phased reopening orders, or other factors related to the COVID-19 virus (or any other reason) limit For Our Future’s ability to engage safely in in-person work, employees may be assigned other duties to be conducted from their homes.
