Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving the recruitment and hiring processes to attract and secure top talent for the organization. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Create and manage job descriptions for all roles.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Offer Management:
- Perform reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate verbal offers and manage offer acceptance processes.
- Prepare and extend formal offer letters.
- Verify certifications and ensure compliance with hiring requirements.
- Data Reporting & Program Management:
- Generate and analyze formative data reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Initiate and manage the referral bonus program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Recruitment Initiatives & Events:
- Plan and execute recruitment events, including career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to set up and manage recruitment initiatives to build talent pipelines.
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools

Working Conditions:
- Hearing and speaking to conduct group training, exchange information in person electronically and over the telephone
- Ability to read printed material and computer screens. Ability to understand speech at normal levels
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment
- Kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally to retrieve and store files and supplies.
- Ability to climb stairs, bend, reach, walk, sit and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds.

$80,000 - $90,500 a year
At Fortune School of Education, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 - $90,500 annually.
Additional Benefits:
Paid Time Off: 12 paid sick days, 12 paid vacation days and 2 paid floater days in addition to paid holidays.
