As our Lead UI Designer, you will own the craft of our digital experience — leading the redesign of our website and member dashboard, and delivering polished, premium UI across all product surfaces. You’ll also help define and maintain our visual identity and design system, ensuring consistency across product and marketing touchpoints.

- Own our digital experience. Lead the design of our website, logged-in dashboard, and product surfaces, delivering a premium and intuitive UI.

- Design with craft. Personally produce high-quality, modern UI across websites, product flows, CRO test variants, campaigns, and benefit launches.

- Reimagine our public face. Lead the redesign of the FoundersCard website — the flagship touchpoint for our brand.

- Build our design system. Define and maintain scalable components, style guides, and visual standards that support product and marketing.

- Extend our identity. Support the development of our visual identity and ensure consistency across digital experiences, campaigns, and collateral.

- Polish every detail. Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure execution is high quality and aligned with brand standards.

- Test and refine. Prototype and pressure-test design concepts with members to gather insights and improve outcomes.

- Champion design culture. Elevate UI standards and advocate for premium, aspirational design across the company.

- Digital-first portfolio. Demonstrated experience designing websites, product UIs, and modern digital interfaces (print-only portfolios will not be considered).

- Hands-on craft. Strong visual design skills with the ability to deliver production-ready assets across responsive web and digital product.

- System builder. Experience creating and maintaining design systems, visual standards, and scalable guidelines.

- Identity aware. Ability to extend and apply brand identity into digital experiences; experience with logo refinement, style guides, or brand assets is a plus.

- Collaborative partner. Proven track record working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

- Experimentation mindset. Comfort with A/B testing, CRO, or user testing to inform design decisions.

- Project driver. Ability to lead major initiatives (website redesigns, dashboard refresh) while staying deep in the design tools.
