FoundersCard is seeking a results-driven and dynamicMembership Sales Executive to lead our efforts in retaining, reactivating, and upselling members. This role is pivotal in ensuring our members experience the full value of FoundersCard while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, phone-based sales environment and has a proven track record of converting conversations into results.
Key Responsibilities:
Retention & Reactivation:
Proactively reach out to past-due paid members to update billing information and reinstate memberships.
Engage churned members to understand their reasons for leaving and persuade them to reactivate their accounts.
Upselling:
Contact members in free trial tiers to highlight premium benefits and convert them into paid memberships.
Identify opportunities to upsell existing members into higher-value tiers based on their needs and usage patterns.
Performance Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed retention and upsell targets.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions, updates, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Member Experience and Marketing teams to align messaging and strategies.
Provide feedback on member pain points and trends to improve overall membership offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven success in a phone-based sales role, with a focus on retention, upselling, or reactivation.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a member-first mindset.
Experience working with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership experience or the ability to coach and mentor team members is a plus.
$75,000 - $90,000 a year

This role is in-office full time. Our office is in Midtown Manhattan.
Some limited travel may be required. You may be asked to provide assistance in the planning and staffing of member events.
