✌️About the role

Both our Investment and Product Concepts teams are core in driving the success of our incubator and accelerator. Working against tight deadlines we are looking for a Project Coordinator to help streamline the workflows for both teams. We are looking for someone to help organise Investment Committees ensuring all startups and concepts are ready and fully informed and all partners are briefed.

This is an amazing opportunity, with high visibility and responsibility as you work side by side with the Head of Investments and Head of Product Concepts to play a role in early stage business investments.

💪Responsibilities
 
- Day to day support for the Investment and Concept team
- Ensure all pre-accelerator businesses understand what is expected of them and when
- Manage internal resources and network outreach
- Administrative support from calendars, documentation, notes and collateral
- Tracking the concept calendar and deal flow to ensure alignment with IC dates
- Keeping important external stakeholders and influencers engaged with the business
- Prepare agenda for board with reports and other communications, including leadership team
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value, solve problems and address the needs of the business
- Stay on top of ever-changing priorities and projects
- Assist with measurement and tracking of corporate priorities
- Set up a streamline reporting structure
- Capture meeting notes for distribution, planning and action items

- Previous start-up experience is a plus
- Previous experience in project management or administrative roles is a plus
