What you’ll be doing:

    • Brainstorm, prioritize, project manage, execute, test, and measure campaigns through the lead lifecycle. Areas of focus include landing pages, email/marketing automation, video, and social
    • Use existing data and lead insights to develop comprehensive campaign strategies that achieve free account signups and demo commit goals
    • Partner with third-party websites and communities to expand Fountains reach beyond our existing sphere of influence (both paid and unpaid)
    • Establish a high bar for short-form copy and website CRO; serve as an internal thought leader in this space
    • Act as a liaison, working closely with the sales, partner and product teams to maintain goal alignment

What you should bring:

    • 2+ years in campaign/project management within a digital marketing environment
    • Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and master of handling dates/deliverables
    • Example campaigns with measurable results all the way to revenue or KPI’s set forth
    • Creative mind and strong collaboration skills to educate team on how to create punchy and captivating marketing communications and campaigns at scale
    • Understanding of lifecycle marketing programs and previous experience leading cross-functional projects
    • Track record influencing creative and content teams to produce marketing materials that engage customers and generate social influence
    • HubSpot and Salesforce experience preferred - HTML and CSS knowledge a HUGE plus
    • Experience with running account-based marketing (ABM) programs
