You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with prior experience of working with large sets of sometimes sensitive data, configuring and integrating systems.

You will work within Fourth's Professional Services division alongside the Project Management, Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience for Fourth’s customers.

The role . . .

    • Consult with customers and internal teams to suggest optimal design of Fourth Solutions that best meets business needs, including recommended configuration and interfaces.
    • Accelerate solution configuration as part of the initial implementation to set Customer and Fourth up for success in the project.
    • Deliver third party Integrations for solutions, both as part of the ‘Data’ phase of an implementation and for live customers ensuring continued success and customer retention.
    • Guiding the customer in initial stages of change management for their business to ensure success of Fourth’s solutions and optimum ROI to the business.
    • Create and maintain a library of internal documentation to support best practice implementation.
    • Extreme Customer Satisfaction and Company advocate as the initial point of contact for the customer with implementation at Fourth

The ideal candidate . . .

    • Experience of examining complex requirements and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
    • Comfortable to work both as part of a team and without oversight while always maintaining accountability.
    • Fluent in oral and written English; additional language skills will be an advantage.
    • Presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
    • Focused and consistent with great attention to detail.
    • Creative, engaged, open and always honest.
