The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for effectively managing, optimizing, and improving Fourth’s online presence through paid media and search engine optimization strategies and tactics across products and segments.

This is a data-driven role that significantly impacts our business. Quantifying the impact of marketing programs is a key priority. The Digital Marketing Manager has strong writing and project management skills and has been held to weekly MQL, SQO, and pipeline numbers. 
 
The ideal candidate also has experience building and executing campaigns within Google Ads, including budget and bidding management, both on-page and off-page SEO experience, and the ability to manage, measure, and report on the effectiveness of these channels.

The Role. . .

    • Collaborate with the product marketing and demand generation teams to determine the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our digital channels to drive sales-qualified opportunities through SEO, SEM, and paid social.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization to enhance website visibility in Google
    • Collaborate with content writers to create new content and optimize existing content
    • Work with the website developer to optimize the website from a technical standpoint
    • Troubleshoot SEO issues using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahrefs, to determine what actions need to be taken to improve SEO
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads
    • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and execute bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and sales-qualified opportunities
    • Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics to achieve desired outcomes
    • Paid Social:
    • Create and manage paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn
    • Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and campaign objectives to reach the desired audience segments
    • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, communicating why programs failed or were successful with an overall goal of generating more qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
    • Prepare detailed and insightful reports showcasing key metrics and recommendations
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement learnings to improve campaign performance continually
    • Incorporate industry and competitive landscape to target competitor weaknesses and important industry trends. 

The Ideal Candidate. . .

    • 2-4 years of experience running campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
    • 2-4 years of experience in SEO including, content writing, search term research, digital PR, and competitor analyses
    • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
    • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, and Ahrefs
    • Excellent project and time management ability with solid writing skills
    • Analytical in nature enjoy problem-solving and measuring results.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or business.
    • Experience working for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company is a plus.
