We are now seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our hybrid team based in London.

This permanent role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our Sales team to support our growth in Retail & Hospitality sectors. This is an opportunity for the right person to build and develop opportunities in EMEA with the support of an established, global and industry leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company. 

As part of the EMEA Sales team this role will be focused on increasing both revenue and market share and cementing our position as the market leader. The role will require regular attendance to our London office for Team meetings & team gatherings.

The role . . .

    • Devise and execute sales strategies to win new business in the Enterprise retail & hospitality sectors.
    • Provide accurate forecasting to ensure that your territory is consistently hitting the agreed sales quota on a rolling monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Demonstrate a value-led approach to customer acquisition & new logo opportunities.
    • Support cross-sell opportunities with current customers working closely with Customer Success team.
    • Collaborate with delivery teams and pre-sales to shape, sell and maintain new business deals.
    • Lead customer sales pitches presenting with clarity, passion and composure supported by strong technical knowledge.
    • Manage and successfully achieve a personal monthly & quarterly quota.
    • Collaborate with the lead generation team and marketing to unlock new opportunities and stay abreast of important developments within the retail & hospitality industries.
    • Attend industry conferences and events to drive territory lead generation.
    • Develop and deliver a 3x target sales pipeline with accurate forecasting to ensure that your territory is consistently hitting agreed sales quota on a rolling quarterly basis.
    • Report on sales opportunities and managing all information in Salesforce.com CRM system.
    • Meet weekly performance goals associated with pipeline generation and sales activity.

The ideal candidate . . .

    • Experience selling HR/WFM/Inventory SaaS/Cloud solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders, in Retail & or Hospitality.
    • Experience selling value-based solutions and managing complex sales cycles.
    • Software application domain experience; Ideally SaaS.
    • Experience developing and executing a go-to-market strategy within a defined territory.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales.
    • Creative and enthusiastic proven in building a high performing territory.
    • Customer oriented and a genuine relationship builder both externally and internally.
    • Self-motivated, goal oriented and data driven territory management.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Deep experience in using Sales tools to ensure effective and efficient territory management: Salesforce, Salesloft, Insight dashboards, Seismic etc.
