We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join Fourth. You are a highly confident and motivated individual with prior experience in the hospitality industry, ideally using Fourth Solutions. This individual will work with our Sales, Project Management and Customer Success teams at every stage of the customer life cycle to provide Solution and Industry based knowledge and expertise.
You will work closely with Fourth’s prospects and customers, understanding their business and configuring our Solutions to meet their requirements to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for each customer, creating value and maximizing growth opportunities. You will develop a deep understanding of the Fourth solutions and the ability to transform our customers’ requirements as well as consulting on best practice. You will build great relationships and function as an ambassador for the company and our products.
The Role. . .
- Delivery of the required Fourth solution as part of the implementation process configuring Fourth Solutions to meet Customer requirements to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for each customer creating value and maximizing growth opportunities
- Consulting and guiding our customers, including on what works well for other users across the industry. Proactively collaborating with Customers to maximize ROI on their Fourth solutions
- Maximizing user adoption and return on investment for Fourth’s customers, expanding user adoption of Fourth Solutions through projects and portal reviews
- Creation of solution training content for the Fourth Academy and Fourth’s Knowledge hub as well as design and delivery of materials for face-to-face training sessions (where applicable)
- Working with project management on emerging or enterprise implementations to maximize revenue conversions for Fourth, both MRR and NRR
- Responsible for sharing knowledge and expertise within Professional Services
- Partners with the Sales, Project Management team, Customer Success team and technical specialists at each phase of the customer journey to provide product-level expertise, ensuring that any potential challenges are resolved
- Outlining potential solution areas for digital content for customers and internal training materials and peer reviewing solution articles for the customer community
- Where required the P2P Solution Consultant supports the Pre-sales team with qualified sales opportunities through the sales cycle, maximizing the chances of sales success, and delivering maximum deal size every time
- Pre-sales engagements with emerging or enterprise customers, supporting solution demonstrations and solution value selling with the commercial teams

- Good knowledge of the hospitality industry and best practices for operational processes incorporating Fourth’s Solutions
- Experience consulting with Customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions
- Ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge. Experience consulting with Customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions
- Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance Solution Consulting Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
