We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer with a proven track record in the design, development, and implementation of robust J2EE applications. This role offers an opportunity to lead technically, collaborate effectively, and innovate within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and Development Excellence: Utilize hands-on expertise to design, develop, and implement J2EE applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
· Technical Leadership: Provide clear technical guidance and mentorship throughout the software development lifecycle, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
· Collaborative Solutions: Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, driving alignment and delivering value.
· Architectural Ingenuity: Craft scalable and high-performance Java applications, employing best practices, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure long-term maintainability.
· Team Empowerment: Mentor team members on Java best practices, design patterns, and coding standards, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for growth.
· Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality, performance, and maintainability standards, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
· Problem Solving: Demonstrate adept troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve complex issues in Java applications swiftly and effectively.
· Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging Java technologies and trends, advocating for their adoption where beneficial and driving continuous improvement in development practices.
· Cloud Deployment Proficiency: Leverage experience in deploying and managing Java applications in cloud environments, optimizing performance and scalability.
Skill Set:
· Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing J2EE applications.
· Demonstrated proficiency in frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.
· Good to have microservices experiences.
· Proven experience with relational database management systems, particularly MySQL.
