The Role:
Foxit is seeking a driven and customer-focused Renewals Account Manager to join our global Customer Success & Sales team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end renewal process across a defined customer region, ensuring timely renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and contributing to long-term customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving revenue and improving retention for one of the most trusted brands in document innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Renewals & Retention
Manage a high-volume SaaS renewals pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate subscription renewals.
Proactively engage customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to discuss renewal options and address concerns.
Negotiate renewal pricing and contract terms to maximize retention and customer value.
Develop strategies to reduce churn and strengthen customer relationships across your territory.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide accurate renewal forecasts and reporting.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage trends and needs.
Partner closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to expand revenue within your book of business.
Serve as the customer advocate internally—bringing feedback to improve our products, services, and customer experience.

What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or inside sales.
Proven ability to meet or exceed quota in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing a large, diverse customer base across multiple time zones.
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to build rapport and trust quickly.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Tech-savvy, resourceful, and highly adaptable to change.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable analyzing usage and revenue data.
