Position Summary:
Foxit is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Manager to oversee U.S. financial operations. This leadership role involves not only ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP but also building and developing a top-tier finance team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering growth and development within their team, focusing on continuous learning, upskilling, and mentoring to drive financial excellence across the organization. Expertise in U.S. accounting, revenue management, and financial leadership within the SaaS industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage U.S. accounting operations, ensuring the accurate preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Lead the timely and accurate execution of month-end and year-end close processes for U.S. entities.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Oversee revenue recognition processes in alignment with ASC 606 standards, ensuring consistency across U.S. operations.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, focusing on continuous development, upskilling, and professional growth.
Design and implement training programs that strengthen both technical and soft skills within the finance team, equipping them to meet evolving financial challenges.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
Work with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives by providing financial insights that guide strategic decision-making.
Build and sustain strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial goals and strategies.
Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in U.S. financial operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on U.S. operations and SaaS industry expertise.
Expertise in revenue recognition and managing complex financial situations, especially within the SaaS sector.
Proven success in leading and developing finance teams with a strong focus on training, mentorship, and professional growth.
Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to cross-cultural, cross-time-zone collaboration.
