    • Demonstrate technical expertise to aggressively contribute to the engineering effort in an Agile rapid development shop, including effective written and verbal communication
    • Design and implement cutting-edge Android mobile apps for our media customers
    • Be part of the core team that owns and implements the Frankly Android native mobile apps
    • Work closely with Product Management to ensure an effective Agile process with incremental feature delivery and quick turnaround of improvements based on user feedback
    • Work closely with graphic designers and incorporate current UX design trends to deliver fresh and cutting edge consumer user interfaces


    • 3+ years of relevant mobile software engineering experience
    • 2+ years of Android mobile development
    • Demonstrated ability to architect according to object-oriented design principles
    • Expert-level coding experience with Java (development & debugging)
    • Experience with distributed version control systems (e.g., Git, Mercurial, etc.)
    • Experience publishing to Google Play
    • Strong software architecture and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with large-scale web application design patterns a plus
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with collaborative focus
    • Experience working across multiple projects with authority in several domains
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
