We are currently seeking aDirector of Data Products. This person will be responsible for working with our Media Affiliates across the United States in overseeing the success of their reach extension and data campaigns. You must be flexible and wear numerous hats: chief of programmatic and data. You must be master of sales, technical and financial support. You must be an excellent communicator and possess aesthetics for good marketing design. You must possess experience working in DFP, DSP and DMP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Establish a consistent and collaborative presence and act as the primary point of contact for our Media Affiliates
    • Work closely with our Media Affiliates to understand their advertisers' KPIs
    • Provide guidance around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of available targeting to achieve advertiser goals
    • Build, launch and manage sophisticated strategies that deliver the goals of the advertisers and our station partners
    • Track and resolve all issues with our Media Affiliates
    • Develop internal financial reports to be shared with our Financial Team and Executives

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, or Marketing a plus
    • 3-5 years of experience in managing a programmatic and data team preferred
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be personable and a quick-thinker
    • Excellent problem solving skills; ability to receive, analyze and respond to advertiser's requests quickly and accurately
    • Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative
