FreeBalance is seeking candidates to work on a potential project on contract in Costa Rica as an Impact and Structure Expert - Financial Management (AF) and Human Resources (TH).

Main Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate the different scenarios that arise in order to propose and address concerted institutional solutions.
    • Diagnose with a deep focus on institutional change and/or improvement, the scenarios that arise in order to identify risks, as well as propose and execute timely mitigation plans.
    • Ensure smooth communication with all project parties, including stakeholders and interested parties.
    • Define and validate the tool for the survey of organizational impacts related to the implementation of the Financial and Human Resources system.
    • Survey the impacts and areas impacted by the implementation of the Financial and Human Resources system; and identify and define a proposal for closing the gaps in the organizational structure resulting from its implementation.
    • Participation in meetings established under the project governance model.

Qualifications:

    • Professional degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
    • 5 years of experience in the design of organizational structures derived from digital transformation processes.
    • Experience in at least one project related to the design of the organizational structure of Financial and Human Resources administration.
    • Demonstrated experience as a leader in organizational restructuring in at least 3 projects in the government sector in institutions with more than 1000 employees with union representation and pressure groups.
    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
