We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT Applications team. This role will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in Microsoft Intune, Azure, and core IT infrastructure technologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems, and will provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and management of Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.
- Administer and optimize Azure services including virtual machines, identity management, and resource groups.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM environments to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Oversee infrastructure components including servers, storage, and networking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise applications and ensure seamless integration with infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments.
- Mentor junior administrators and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
- Be onsite at our Philadelphia office 4 days per week.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure administration.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and general IT infrastructure.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, MD-101).
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
Job Location
- This role will be hybrid at our Philadelphia office 4 days per week.
