Primary Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Foster strong relationships with the major card brands and Acquirers to ensure our product aligns with the payment industry mandates and standards
- Strategize with internal stakeholders to advance the payment gateway capabilities domestically and internationally
- Plan and prioritize product request backlog and development for the product
- Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
- Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Oversee the planning of product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product and present findings to executive team
- Lead a team of Product Owners and oversee the development lifecycle to ensure targets are hit
- Drive process across the organization to ensure that requirements well-defined and reduce scope creep later in the development cycle
Experience
- Required Skills & Exp Previous working experience as a Product Manager for 2-5 years
- MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
- Previous working experience with Azure DevOps
- Previous experience working in the Payment Industry for 5+
- Knowledge of Alternative Payment Methods (APMs)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Go-getter mentality that utilizes creative problem-solving to unblock or overcome issues
- Self-starter that can drive work to completion
- Experience setting up process flows in either product or operational organizations
