We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Support Specialist professional to join our Partner Operations team at FreedomPay. You will support the onboarding and ongoing success of our partners and clients, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with both internal teams and external partners, working at the intersection of technology, operations, and client success. Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

    • Maintain timely communications and updates with partners and clients via our case management system, Zendesk
    • Manage onboarding tasks, hardware requirements, supply chain coordination, and implementation scheduling through a centralized support queue
    • Assess/evaluate partner needs through weekly calls, and daily email correspondence
    • Ensure partner and client satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication- to create and maintain relationships
    • Responsible for managing partner expectations across all aspects of the relationship and overall client life cycle
    • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects/tasks simultaneously
    • Strong external and internal communication skills, including ability to work with all levels of the organization (Executive team, IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance)
    • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually
    • Learn the details of the platform and services we provide, both technically (how they work) and from partners’ perspectives (how they are used)
    • Support broader team initiatives and take on additional tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
    • Strong instincts and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to demonstrate high level of written and verbal communication skills.
    • Understand and values the confidentiality of the client meetings and contract information.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and task ownership
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills, managing multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zendesk, and other relevant tools
    • Ability to be in the Philadelphia office at least 2 days per week.
