POSITION OVERVIEW
The Network Operations Manager will work as a member of the Network Operations team reporting to the Managing Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced team environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and be an excellent communicator. Serving as the network support for school operations staff is an essential job function so, previous leadership and authentic relationship-building experience is a necessity to be successful in this position. The Network Operations Manager will collaboratively assess current operational systems, be prepared to make recommendations that provide more efficiency and develop new systems for various areas of school operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
•Create, monitor, and assess school operational systems 
•Provide support to school operations teams, as directed by network operations leadership team (COO and MDO)
•Serve as the primary point of contact for operations requests made by the network office employees
•Serve as a liaison between MSCS, vendors, contractors, and the network office
•Prepare training materials and presentations for school operations teams
•Perform regular site visits for vendor & system accountability checks, collect stakeholder feedback, and host one-on-one check-ins with operations staff
•Respond to requests for support as a result of unexpected operational emergencies
•May operate to support various areas of operations to include but not limited to asset management, professional development, IT, human resources, child nutrition, procurement, etc
•Provide regular feedback & updates to the COO and MDO, as requestedOther duties as assigned by COO and MDO

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR a high school diploma and 5+ years of experience working in an educational setting as a member of the operations team with increasing responsibility
•Proven experience working as a member of a successful team
•Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated habit of treating people with respect and kindness
•Proven demonstration of integrity, professionalism, dependability, and commitment to hard work

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
•Proficiency using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other school-related software (Concur/SAP, PowerSchool, Edstruments, etc)
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•Excellent customer service skillsProlific problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
•Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic motivated by a goal of consistent excellenceExperience with working in under-resourced communities serving families and/or students

$70,000 - $103,900 a year
Salary range determined by years of experience
