Freedom Solar is looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Admin to join our growing team! This individual will play a key role in our team by supporting a variety of data management functions. As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Admin, you will be responsible for sending offer letters, walking candidates through the onboarding process, and supporting the Talent Acquisition operations. This is an On-Site position based at our corporate office in Austin, TX (78744) office.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and send offer letters, background checks, and other pertinent new hire paperwork on a daily basis.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to foster a positive and professional experience.
- Manage incoming calls on the Talent Acquisition phone line with professionalism and promptness.
- Perform reference checks on candidates in a timely manner.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and ensure roles are filled efficiently using standardized processes.
- Maintain multiple spreadsheets and ATS reports continually and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and update job descriptions.
- Manage job postings for positions on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, the applicant tracking system (ATS), and others.
- Support candidates throughout the onboarding process, from the offer letter to their first day.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), internal databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Take meeting minutes for team huddles and connect meetings with hiring managers.
- Maintain our employee referral and bonus process.
- Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, executive team members, and recruiters as needed.
- Provide administrative support to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate closely with the HR, Safety, Quality Assurance, and IT teams throughout candidate onboarding.
- Completing other duties and projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Prior applicant tracking system experience, Lever experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling complex administrative tasks with exceptional organizational skills, emphasizing attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to work independently under general direction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address non-routine situations by assessing appropriate actions and interpreting relevant guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Processes and detail-oriented.
Education and Experience Required:
- 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition or Human Resource Administrator experience or a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Can adapt to change quickly based on business needs.
- Ability to prioritize duties, stay organized, and learn!
- A positive can-do attitude!
