• The Transformation Challenge consists of weekly 2-3 in-person training sessions in Munich as well as 1-2 training sessions at home or in a gym. Both are in parts supposed to be recorded with your smartphone. The workouts and UGC (user generated content) will be guided/ supported by Freeletics.
