TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE - Ready to commit?

  • What is your motivation for joining the Transformation Challenge?
  • What factor has kept you from achieving your goal so far?

  • Have you ever done sports? Are you currently? Describe your current activity level in as much detail as you can (commuting to work with a bike counts)
  • When thinking about the Transformation Challenge, are there any physical or skill goals you want to achieve ? What overall goal do you hope to achieve?

  • Please upload a recent full-length body shot in shorts, shorts/sports bra, of yourself that you think best exhibits your “before”.
  • The Transformation Challenge consists of weekly 2-3 in-person training sessions in Munich as well as 1-2 training sessions at home or in a gym. Both are in parts supposed to be recorded with your smartphone. The workouts and UGC (user generated content) will be guided/ supported by Freeletics. Are you able to join the in-person training sessions?
