We're now hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale even faster — attracting top talent across our global teams in engineering, data, sales, marketing, customer experience, and more.
About the Role
You’ll partner closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end hiring experience. From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding support, you’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams across our business.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team with experience from companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, Uber, Cleo AI, and Sandbox VR — all passionate about delivering best-in-class hiring experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Source top-tier talent across global tech and non-tech roles
Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates
Screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and teams
Maintain and update our ATS (we use Lever) and support scheduling/admin
Contribute to team projects including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines
- Skilled in scheduling interviews and working across global calendars
- Familiar with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Lever experience a plus)

- Proactive and self-motivated — you take initiative and drive things forward
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
- Collaborative, curious, and keen to learn

- Skills Interview (45 mins) – Chat with our Global Head of Talent
- Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) – Meet the wider People & Talent team and present a short task
