Role overview

Given our exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Videographer to join our global team and support the creation of high-quality video content for our online Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about video production, eager to grow their skills, and ready to collaborate closely with our Video Content Lead and wider teams.

Reporting into our Video Content Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of educational and marketing content that showcases the features and benefits of the Fresha platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being hands-on with video production, and is looking to develop their craft while contributing to impactful, engaging content.

To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from our dog-friendly office 4 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week. London office address: The Bower, The Tower,  207 Old St, London EC1V 9NR

Accountabilities:

    • Assist in Video Production: Support the creation of video content from concept to completion, including setup, filming, editing, and final delivery.
    • Technical Support: Operate video cameras, audio equipment, and lighting to capture professional-grade footage. Ensure smooth technical execution during shoots.
    • Editing: Edit video content using industry-standard software, working under the guidance of the Video Content Lead to ensure polished and engaging videos.
    • Collaborate on Animations: Support the use of motion graphics and animations to enhance the storytelling and educational value of videos.
    • Content Management: Help organise and maintain a video content library, ensuring easy access to assets for the wider team.
    • Ensure Quality and Branding: Adhere to Fresha's brand guidelines and high standards to ensure video content is of the highest quality, aligning with our educational goals.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Education team, Product Managers, and Marketing to support the creation of content that resonates with our customers.

Experience & qualifications required:

    • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in video production or a related field, preferably in an educational or SaaS environment.
    • Technical Skills: Good understanding of video production, including camera work, lighting setups, audio equipment, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
    • Storytelling & Scripting: Ability to assist in scriptwriting and bring complex ideas to life through clear, engaging video content.
    • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams to create content that meets the needs of our customers.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, working well under pressure.
    • Desire to Learn: Eagerness to develop your skills and grow within a creative video production environment.
