Role Overview:

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Paid Media Manager to come and join our global business. We need someone who is currently at the forefront of best-in-class ideas and execution of paid search.

Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be accountable for supporting the growth of partner acquisition via paid search channels at Fresha.

Responsibilities

    • Your role will support the strategy and lead the execution of our global acquisition strategy across our paid media marketing, bringing best-in-class principles and practices.
    • You’ll build, manage, analyse and optimise our acquisition campaigns across SEM and Social to drive revenue and increase ROI, with hands-on management within Google, Bing, Meta & TikTok ad platforms.
    • Manage all granular aspects of performance marketing, including bid management, keyword maintenance, ad copy, landing page development, campaign structure evolution, and audience generation.
    • Work with CRM and BI teams to scope and build audience segments to test, scale, and optimize customer targeting.
    • Understand user journeys and execute AB testing to evaluate and optimize each touchpoint, maximizing conversion rates and driving performance marketing efficiencies.
    • Support the budgeting, planning, and execution of paid media marketing activities.
    • Deliver continued lead generation growth across key markets, optimizing toward value through marketing and sales funnels.
    • Work closely with Analytics to ensure accurate data capture and tracking system reporting.
    • Monitor acquisition marketing KPIs via dashboards and reports, identifying opportunities and diagnosing issues quickly, taking swift action as needed.
    • Generate presentations to communicate the performance of paid acquisition marketing across the business.
    • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver cross-channel campaigns.

Requirements

    • At least 4 years’ experience running acquisition-focused campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced B2C or B2B environment.
    • Extremely digitally savvy, with exceptional mastery of cutting-edge tools and hands-on expertise within paid media.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, associated metrics, and KPIs.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful ROI through digital marketing campaigns.
    • Analytical and data-driven marketing expertise, with decisions based on insights and facts.
    • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Team player who is happy to roll up sleeves and assist when needed.
    • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
