As a key member of our growing Product Design team, you'll collaborate with talented designers from Sky, Bumble, Landor and ASOS. You'll have the opportunity to own major design initiatives, influence our product strategy, and make a meaningful impact.

We design in Figma and collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers using Miro and Notion to streamline workflows and bring ideas to life.

What you’ll be doing

    • Own end-to-end design of key features, from discovery to final implementation.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other teams to ship high-quality features.
    • Champion user-centered design, ensuring our products are intuitive, accessible, and beautiful.
    • Conduct user research, monitor feedback, and analyze data to improve user experience.
    • Prototype and test design solutions, from quick interaction concepts to complex flows.
    • Evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
    • Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders, influencing product direction.

What we're looking for

    • 4-6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise.
    • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Notion.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color, and layout.
    • Experience working with design systems to create scalable, cohesive experiences.
    • Ability to distill complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to present ideas effectively.
    • Experience collaborating with engineers to translate designs into production.
    • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership.

Interview Process

    • Screening Call - Video call with the Talent Team - 30-mins
    • First Stage - Video call / in-person with Head of Product Design, Head of Product - 45-mins
    • Second Stage - In-person portfolio review with Head of Product Design, Head of Product, Deputy CPO & Design Team members - 1 hour
    • Final Stage - In-person presentation with Head of Product Design, Head of Product, Deputy CPO, Co-founder - 1 hour

    • We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
