Role overview
Fresha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Media & Omni to lead our media strategy,
planning, and execution. This role requires a visionary leader with a robust background in econometrics planning, media mix modeling, and omni-channel integration. The Head of Media will be instrumental in driving media productivity, connection planning, and media negotiations to optimise our media investments and enhance our market presence.

Reporting directly into the Global VP of Brand & Marketing, and working collaboratively with
Performance Marketing: Collaborate closely to align media strategies with performance marketing objectives. Brand Marketing: Ensure media efforts support brand initiatives and campaigns. Product Team: Coordinate with the product team to align media strategies with product launches and updates. Data Analytics: Work with data analysts to derive actionable insights from media performance data. Creative Team: Partner with the creative team to develop compelling and effective media content, you will be accountable for The core objective of the Head of Media is to develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy that maximises ROI, drives customer engagement, and supports Fresha's growth objectives. This includes leveraging data-driven insights to optimize media spend, ensuring effective cross-channel integration, and maintaining a competitive edge in the media landscape.

What you will be doing
- Collaboration - Work closely with Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product, Data Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure a cohesive media strategy and seamless partner experience.
- Media Strategy Development - Craft and implement a holistic media strategy that aligns with Fresha’s business goals and marketing objectives.
- Econometrics Planning & Media Mix Modeling - Utilise econometrics and media mix modeling to forecast and evaluate the impact of media investments across various channels.
- Omni-Channel Integration - Ensure seamless integration of media efforts across all channels, enhancing the overall customer journey.
- Connection Planning - Develop and execute connection plans that effectively reach and engage target audiences.
- Media Planning & Productivity - Oversee the development of detailed media plans, manage copy rotation, drive media productivity through rigorous analysis and optimisation, and manage relationships with external media agencies.
- Media Negotiation - Lead negotiations with media vendors to secure the best rates and value for Fresha.
- Programmatic Media - Oversee and optimise programmatic media buying to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analytics & Trends - Stay abreast of media trends and leverage analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Segmentation Strategy - Develop and implement effective segmentation strategies to target and engage diverse customer segments.

What we are looking for
- Experience - Minimum 10 years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Econometrics Planning & Media Mix Modeling - Proven experience in applying econometrics and media mix modeling to optimize media spend.
- Omni-Channel Integration - Strong background in developing and executing omni-channel media strategies.
- Connection Planning & Media Planning - Expertise in connection and media planning, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Media Productivity & Negotiation - Demonstrated ability to drive media productivity and achieve cost efficiencies, extensive experience in negotiating with media vendors and securing favorable terms.
- Analytics & Trends - Proficient in leveraging media analytics and staying updated with industry trends.
- Segmentation Strategy & Agency Management - Skilled in developing and executing segmentation strategies, proven ability to manage and collaborate with external media agencies.
- Programmatic Media - Strong understanding and experience in programmatic media buying and optimization.
- Leadership & Collaboration - Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bi-lingual - Fluency in English and another language.
- Analytical Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tool Proficiency - Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.
- Adaptability - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Interview Process
- Screen Call - Video call with Talent Team (30 minutes)
- 1st Stage - In person with VP of Marketing and Chief People Officer (60-90 minutes)
- Final Stage - In person presentation with Leadership Team (90 minutes)
