We are looking for a Manager of Paid Search that will lead, develop and manage the day-to-day SEM strategy for Freshly. You will be part of the Acquisition Marketing team and report into the Director of Growth Marketing. The key objective of the role is to increase qualified branded & non-branded traffic through paid search (Google, Bing,Yahoo) in order to acquire new customers for Freshly.

Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and guide paid search and strategy
    • Identify the keyword, and keyword phrases, to be targeted with the goal of page one rankings
    • Use detailed analytics to understand customer segments and performance in order to best expand and optimize search campaigns
    • Perform day-to-day campaign optimization and management for Google, Bing, Yahoo
    • Keyword research, analysis, bid management, budget allocation
    • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
    • Ads, keyword, ad groups and landing page development
    • On-site and off-site optimization recommendations and implementation
    • Competitive analysis and market research
    • Manage the SEM budget and allocate effectively within engines, campaigns, and keywords
    • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market place trends and adjust plans accordingly
    • Use best practices and test-and-learn initiatives to optimize search engine performance •
    • Drive profitability via growth, optimization, creative testing and landing page testing
    • Responsible for writing copy for all text based search ads and landing pages
    • Set expectations and roadmap to achieve SEM KPIs to drive qualified traffic and acquisitions
    • Daily, weekly, monthly campaign analytics, performance and reporting
    • Manage campaigns towards CPA and acquisition KPIs

About You:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relative major preferred
    • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across all major search engines
    • 3+ years experience within an eCommerce, direct to consumer, or Agency setting leading SEM strategy
    • Strong Excel skills (Vlookup & Pivot Tables)
    • High-level proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics and Google AdWords)
    • AdWords Editor or Kenshoo, Marin or AdLens
    • SEMRush or other keyword analytics tools
    • Self-directed and enthusiastic team player
    • Working knowledge of automatic bidding and SEM optimization tools
    • Working knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS/JS a plus
    • Results driven
